    Looks and tastes nothing like a proper cream scone.When was scones flakey?Please call it cream biscuits.Also,即使放在冰箱里几天,好的传统奶油烤饼可以保持湿润和枕头柔软。This one turned hard the next day without the drying effects of the fridge even.Also,too much fuss for a supposedly simple bake.做烤饼,少就是多。我很喜欢托马斯,but this didn't work for me at all.

    Directions for mixing flour and butter ("cutting in") was not clearing stated and my daughter tried to make this recipe on her own and missed this step.Clearer directions need to be written for very novice bakers.请修理。
